🌙 Shunya: the dreamer, believer and doer behind Ahamta Retreats in Bali and Studio in Romania, she’s on her path of conecting and empowering people to live the truth of their lifes in harmony with elements, nature and others.
She has a holistic approach of living and a passion for a profound understanding of the human body, mind and its boundlless energy. Her knowledge helped her heal naturally and also transformed the lives of many people who worked with her among time.
Some of the skills and expertise among with experience she gained from certifications in Yoga & Ayurveda, 5elements& TCM, Theta Healing, Primal deconditioning work, Alchemical healing, OSHO® Active Meditations, Self Hypnosis for Meditation.

🧘 Adnya: is passionate about teaching yoga and raising awareness of the multifaceted benefits of a yogic lifestyle. Adnya’s teaching style includes an emphasis on balance and holistically engaging in the practice of yoga to achieve a better way of living. She embarked on her yogic journey after experiencing problems with her stomach and physical health. Almost immediately after getting started in yoga, Adnya began to feel an improvement in her physical, mental and emotional health and sharing this path with the others became a natural process.

About the payment

“To secure your spot, a payment of 150 EUR is required (within a maximum of 4 days from registration/completion of the registration form). Your spot is guaranteed only upon receipt of the payment, and it is not guaranteed solely by completing the form or expressing the intention to participate through a message.

***The payment made to reserve your spot is 100% refundable only in the following circumstances:

  • If you find a replacement in case you are unable to attend;
  • If the event is canceled due to my fault;
  • For any other reason beyond your or my control (e.g., pandemic), provided that I am able to receive a full refund for the reservation payment.”

Our highly trained instructors are skilled in providing modifications and variations to accommodate individuals with varying levels of experience. Whether you are just starting your yoga journey or have been practicing for years, our classes are designed to meet you where you are and support your growth and development.

We offer a diverse range of yoga classes to cater to different preferences and needs. Some of the types of yoga classes we provide include:

Hatha Yoga: Hatha yoga focuses on aligning the body and breath through a series of asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises). It is a gentle and foundational practice suitable for all levels.

Yin Yoga: Yin yoga involves holding passive poses for an extended period, targeting the deep connective tissues of the body. It helps improve flexibility, release tension, and promote relaxation.

Vinyasa Yoga: Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic and flowing style where movements are synchronized with breath. It builds strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance while cultivating mindfulness.

Yoga Nidra: Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practice that promotes deep relaxation, stress reduction, and self-awareness. It is accessible to all and requires no prior yoga experience.

Dynamic Meditation: Dynamic meditation practices, such as Kundalini or Ashtanga yoga, involve more physically demanding sequences, intense breathwork, and meditation techniques. These classes are suitable for experienced practitioners seeking a challenging practice.

Our class schedule offers a variety of options throughout the week, allowing you to explore different styles and find the classes that resonate with your needs and preferences. Whether you seek a gentle, meditative practice or a more dynamic and energizing session, we have something for everyone.

The check-in time is at 15:00 (3:00 PM) and the check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Kindly adhere to these timings to ensure a smooth experience for all guests.

Our accommodation offers a range of facilities to enhance your stay and yoga experience:

Restaurant: We have an on-site restaurant that serves healthy and delicious meals, catering to various dietary preferences.

Free Wi-Fi: Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the premises, allowing you to stay connected and access online resources.

Co-working Space: We provide a dedicated co-working space where you can work remotely in a peaceful environment, equipped with ergonomic seating and high-speed internet connectivity.

Swimming Pool: Our accommodation features a refreshing swimming pool where you can relax, cool off, and unwind during your leisure time.

Garden: We have a beautiful garden area where you can immerse yourself in nature’s tranquility, practice mindfulness, or simply enjoy a quiet moment surrounded by greenery.

Yoga Shala: We offer a dedicated yoga shala, a spacious and serene environment where all yoga classes and practices take place. It is equipped with props and mats to support your practice.

Our aim is to provide a holistic experience by combining comfortable accommodation with well-rounded facilities to support your physical and mental well-being during your stay with us.

The following items are NOT included in the package:

Airplane ticket and health/travel insurance.

Passport fee (please ensure your passport has a minimum validity of 6 months from the moment you arrive).

Visa fee (visa on arrival is obtained/paid at the airport after landing).

Additional meals not specified in the program, such as sunset dinners on the beach or any other meals or snacks not included in the program.

Spa treatments, reiki sessions, 1:1 shamanic healing sessions, Balinese priest healing sessions, Vedic astrology, holistic medicine, and chakra balancing.

Other personal expenses, shopping, souvenirs, and tips.

Optional excursions, visits, entrance fees, and anything not specifically mentioned in the program.
