Making a Booking

Reservation Process

To make a booking, you can use our online booking system or contact us directly. All bookings require:

  • Complete and accurate personal information
  • Valid payment information
  • Acceptance of our Terms of Service
  • Confirmation of your understanding of our policies

Booking Confirmation

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all relevant details, including:

  • Retreat dates and times
  • Accommodation details
  • Payment confirmation
  • Important information and instructions
  • Contact information for support

Payment Terms

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.

Payment Schedule

Full payment is typically required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Some retreats may offer payment plans or deposit options. Please check the specific retreat details for payment terms.

Currency

All prices are displayed in the currency specified for each retreat. Prices are subject to change without notice, but your confirmed booking price is guaranteed.

Booking Modifications

Changes to Your Booking

If you need to modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Modification requests must be made in writing to hello@ahamtaretreats.center.

Date Changes

Date changes may be possible depending on availability and timing. Requests made more than 30 days before the original retreat date are more likely to be accommodated. Date changes may be subject to a modification fee.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is detailed in our Refund Policy. In summary:

  • 30+ days before: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
  • 15-29 days before: 50% refund
  • Less than 15 days: Non-refundable (but transferable)

Group Bookings

For group bookings (typically 6 or more people), special terms may apply. Please contact us directly to discuss group booking options, including:

  • Group discounts
  • Customized payment schedules
  • Special accommodation arrangements
  • Private sessions or workshops

Age Requirements

Most of our retreats are designed for adults (18 years and older). Some retreats may accommodate younger participants with parental consent and supervision. Please check the specific retreat details or contact us for more information.

Special Requirements

If you have any special requirements, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, or accessibility needs, please inform us at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but advance notice is essential.

Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events), we reserve the right to cancel or modify retreats. In such cases, we will offer full refunds or credits toward future retreats.
