Refund Policy

Overview

At Ahamta Retreats, we understand that sometimes plans change. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds for our retreat bookings. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to hello@ahamtaretreats.center. The refund amount will be calculated based on the date of cancellation relative to the retreat start date.

30+ Days Before Retreat Start

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the retreat start date will receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee.

15-29 Days Before Retreat Start

Cancellations made 15-29 days before the retreat start date will receive a 50% refund.

Less Than 15 Days Before Retreat Start

Cancellations made less than 15 days before the retreat start date are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your booking to another person (see Transfer Policy below).

Transfer Policy

If you are unable to attend a retreat, you may transfer your booking to another person up to 7 days before the retreat start date. Transfer requests must be made in writing and include:

  • The name and contact information of the new participant
  • Confirmation that the new participant agrees to our Terms of Service
  • Any additional information required

A transfer fee may apply. Please contact us at hello@ahamtaretreats.center to arrange a transfer.

Refund Processing

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after your cancellation request is approved. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.

Refund Amount

The refund amount will be calculated according to the cancellation policy above. Processing fees, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.

Special Circumstances

Medical Emergencies

In case of a medical emergency preventing you from attending the retreat, please contact us immediately with supporting documentation. We will review each case individually and may offer a partial refund or credit toward a future retreat.

Natural Disasters or Unforeseen Events

If a retreat is cancelled due to natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen events beyond our control, we will offer either a full refund or credit toward a future retreat.

Retreat Cancellation by Ahamta Retreats

If we need to cancel a retreat for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another available retreat date.

No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for a retreat without prior notice, no refund will be provided. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.

Partial Attendance

If you need to leave a retreat early due to an emergency, please inform the retreat coordinator as soon as possible. While we cannot provide refunds for unused days, we will do our best to accommodate your situation and ensure your safe departure.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. Travel insurance can cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unexpected situations that may prevent you from attending a retreat.

Disputes

If you have any concerns about a refund, please contact us at hello@ahamtaretreats.center. We will work with you to resolve any issues in a fair and timely manner.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
